- Aimee Ritch Review added: 2018.04.19★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible service. The food is always cold and stale, the staff are rude and so unprofessional. They have grease stains all up their uniform with their shirts untucked. They all stand at the side of the restaurant in uniform smoking and sat on pavements! They have no idea what good customer service means they get every order wrong once or twice fair enough but every time I go they always forget something. The Krushem machine never seems to work which is odd as this is one of KFC's best products. No effort in prep of the food or presentation I know this place is "fast food" but come on! Show a bit of effort and take pride in your job and people work hard to earn money and go to these places as a treat.
